We went to the garden to check if thing were in order and to feed the birds. I made a collage from the few photos that I took while we were there.
This is a view of our house in the garden colony. Garden colonies are a common here in Germany. The allow people, who live in flats in the major cities, the chance to have their own piece of ground. Our garden is situated about 10 minutes (on the pushbike) from where our flat is.
On the afternoon of Sunday 21.2.2010 we went to see Mr.Frost in Tealby to get fresh eggs, what better place to take a few photos. Here you see Mr.Frost at his home, looking out of his window and a scene from the end of his garden. Mr. Frost has his 90th birthday any time now :))) Yes his ninetieth.....................he is a grand old Gentleman.
Taken about 6 miles outside Grimsby on the A46 road to Lincoln at an area called Swallow
Newhailes Stately home, taken last Sunday . Newhailes is very close to where I live and was built by the Dalrymple family over 300 years ago.
As this picture was taken it was cold outside with a grey sky. The coots were feed by someone and then the dog appeared and they all fled into the water. It was funny to see but I had not much time to take the shot.
My photo was taken at a beach situated in Wijk aan Zee: It was an ice cold day and they had forecast of new snow. There were a few guys riding around on their Blokarts
Not much fun for me that part of the day, completing a project and had to work that sunday :-(, I'm working here on a so called BPEL proces, it's the flow of data I'm looking at.
